Want to make sex more satisfying? Start
by getting out of bed.
Shedding a few extra pounds isn’t the only reason to take
a morning jog- stronger orgasms, greater body confidence and the
ability to get more creative in the bedroom are just a few of the
sexy benefits that may motivate you to spend an extra 15 minutes
on the treadmill.
For many of us, a sexy six pack abs is a badge of the physically
fit. But are they also a sign of the sexually savvy? Abdominal
crunches and other tummy toning exercises can also strengthen the
pelvic floor or PC muscles as they’re better known. I
personally like to call it the love muscle because it involuntarily
contracts during orgasm. When you strengthen your PC muscle,
you’re in for more intense orgasms and the ability to remain
better lubricated during sex. Pelvic tilts are a simple yet
effective exercise that is great for toning the PC muscle. Just
lay on your back with your knees bent. Tighten your stomach
and butt muscles then tilt your pelvis upward. This exercise
is perfect for all of you that aren’t quite motivated to
get out of bed yet. Next time you’re thinking of skipping
out on crunches at the end of your workout, just imagine the intensified
pleasure that you’ll be missing out on.
If missionary position just isn’t cutting it anymore, it
may be time to move on to some more advanced sexual techniques. Before
you get ready to attempt every position in the kama sutra, remember
that some of the more creative maneuvers may have you in unusual
positions for extended periods of time. If you’re not
comfortable holding a position, you won’t be able to maximize
your enjoyment of doing the deed. Building strong thigh muscles
comes in handy when considering positions such as the woman on
top or if you want to ditch the bed altogether and have sex standing
up. Lunges are my favorite exercise to tighten and tone thigh
muscles. If you’re just starting out, try static lunges. Stand
with your feet shoulder width apart. Step forward with one
leg and drop your back knee to toward the ground. When you’re
in the lunge position, your front leg should be at a 90 degree
angle. Not only will this exercise help to tone your thighs,
but it will help to maximize your glutes too. So you’ll
definitely be brining sexy back!
The emotional benefits of following a regular exercise program
are just as important as the physical. You’ll feel
a sense of accomplishment from getting stronger and making a life
change that will translate into greater confidence in the bedroom. Instead
of worrying about the way that something may move or jiggle when
you’re in bed, you’ll be able to fully enjoy the experience.
Whenever you’re struggling to find motivation to go to the
gym, just think of how our sexy tips will help you get your workout
in the bedroom later.
