Searching For My Mr.

Here we go again. Another video telling us what we kind of already know. It hard for a Black Woman to find the right Black Man and ultimately get MARRIED.

Thoughts? Are we too picky or Do we deserve to be picky? For all of you out there in a relationship, are you with your Mr. Right or settling because you don't think you will be able to find another suitable mate?

Single Valentine

Single Valentine? I guess that is what I would be considered. I’m not in a loving relationship or dating “that guy”. I’m basically living in a world where love isn’t hard to come by, so they say. I’m surrounded by relationships. The majority of my friends (5 out of 7) have boyfriends they have been with for years. One of my girlfiends from college is even engaged. So I figure finding a loving guy should be as easy as buying Wonder bread from the corner store, but for me it hasn’t been as such.

Quality Sex vs Quantity Sex

We all talk to those people who seem to have a boundless sex life. They get more sex than should be allowed, and we're jealous. But are they having quality sex or just a large quantity of sex? Wouldn't you rather have one or two quality sex sessions than ten that just aren't that great?

I thought I was doing everything right. I have no children, I'm on the journey of finding my purpose in life.
