Fast weight loss comes in no way better than with a fast metabolism. Much of the food you eat and the calories it contains stay in your body when metabolism is slow. You are however able to live a healthier life when your systems works just a bit faster.
Somebody understood how the human system works when they created the ‘Flash’ superhero character. He moves so fast and then gets very hungry thereafter
because his metabolism has consumed all the food he has eaten. When you need to burn up food in your system, you simply need a faster metabolism. And did I mention that it will make you healthier and younger looking?
Boosting or speeding up your metabolism takes some work and some time. I know. I have been there, done that and bought that t-shirt. Your body is probably not used to such treatment so it will protest… in the beginning, until it gets used to it. On your own part, you simply have to stay the course. Isn’t that also applicable in every aspect of life?
The slower your metabolism is, the more likely you are to get fat, and the more chances you have of getting ill. On the contrary, a faster metabolism makes you a lot less susceptible to diseases; also, it will help you cut down on the fat. I’m sure you’d like it like that. But do you have the discipline and will-power necessary to see it through?
A rapid metabolism uses up body calories very fast. This helps to see to it that you don’t get too fat or sickly as a result. In this wise, many would argue that you are better off with a faster metabolism. I would agree, except that you should watch so that it does not become too much.
To keep your body up and running, you need quite a bit of calories from the food you eat. Speeding up your body metabolism simply means that the calories that don’t get used up by your body are not much. In this wise, you have little to worry about by way of disease, infection, or obesity.
Grow big but not obese. If you can keep things this way, you have the confidence that your metabolism is speeding up in a healthy way. The tricks are in your food, your daily regimen, and yes, your body mass. Just don’t grow fat, but don’t be tiny either.
Three things help to control the rate of your metabolism; if you want to slow down or speed it up, you simply have to find a way to regulate them. The size of your body, the type of food you eat, and how much physical activity you do. You metabolism is almost directly proportional to all of this.
