We’ve been taught in school with the basics of a healthy diet and could recite by heart the A to Z of fruits and vegetables and their nutritional values. So why is there a need to go under the knife when there is a cheaper and safer way to do it? Simple… People have a thing for quick, easy ways of getting things done no matter the cost. While a lot of commercial diets and surgical procedures have successfully made their name to the public, let us take a moment to get back to the basic essentials.
Despite the daily fundamentals we are aware of, it has still been a topic of dispute among many what a proper diet should consist of. The thing is, each individual has a specific need. This leaves us with one universal agent that comes in great abundance. Water. For the many purposes it has served our lives, water is one thing our body can’t live without. And unlike food, water in excess could not pose an effect as adverse as when we consume food. More water and lesser food intake could not only resolve weight problems but also provide great benefits such as having radiant skin, removing body toxins and of course, aiding digestion. Other fluids like fruit juices are likewise good sources of promoting a healthy lifestyle.
