I think first u need 2 let him know that's its affecting the relationship.  If he doesn't have an idea about it not being ok with you he will just continue to do it.  He may just like the club scene or being out.  If that's the case, go out with him and maybe you will have a great time also.  You can't really blame him for going out since that's how you met each other.  Depending on his response to you two going out together you willbe able to tell if this is really a problem or if its just a guy that likes to go out. 

He doesn't necessarily have to be going out to meet other women, or because he is doesn't like spending time with you, it could be simply that he wants to have a good time with his friends. You should also go out and hang out with your friends to keep yourself busy and not worry about what he does so much. But, first talk to him, tell him how you feel and take it from there.
