My boyfriend and I have been together for one year. We love each other deeply but I don't want our relationship to get stale and boring. Can you recommend some ways that we can continue to keep our love and sex life FRESH?

1. You always have to try to keep things exciting in a relationship which will be hard to do.  It will definitely become difficult when yr. 1 becomes yr. 2 and so on.  By keeping things fresh you should go on dates like when the two of you first met and things were brand new.  You really have to appreciate the person you're with and know that it's inevitable that things will get old after a while.  It happens in every relationship, but the key is to realize that the brand new feeling you felt at the beginning will always fade as time progresses.  Try different activities together such as going on trips to different places and introducing new ideas to spice things up in the bedroom. A year isn't that long in terms of a relationship and if things are becoming stale already, get a move on getting kinky and traveling the world together, (or at least the tri-state area).
